Mondrian-Inspired Fashions: Yves Saint Laurent and Forever 21
This is the "original" Mondrian-inspired dress, which was done by Yves Saint Laurent in the autumn of 1965 (collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NYC).
This is the version that is sold at "Forever 21" -- clearly a knock-off!
